In cooperation with our Center and the Department of History, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Fatmagül DEMİREL attended the conference titled “Being a Guest in the Ottoman Palace: Visiting, Feasting, Diplomacy” attracted great interest. In addition to the faculty members and students of ITBF, Department of History, many students and faculty members from ITBF Sociology, Department of Art History, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations and Faculty of Tourism, Department of Gastronomy attended the conference. After the question and answer session, ITBF Dean Prof. Dr. Onur Özbek, Prof. Dr. Onur Özbek and Prof. Dr. Dr. Onur Özbek were invited to the event. Prof. Dr. Onur Özbek presented a certificate of appreciation to Prof. Dr. Fatmagül Demirel.
